Return/Cancellation/Refund Policy

We strive to deliver products purchased from Milk & Whisky in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been placed, please submit a cancellation request via our contact form (find it on the contact us page) as soon as possible. Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been shipped. Once the product has been shipped, we are unable to process cancellations.

Returns

Socks are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns. However, if a defective or wrong item is delivered to you, we will provide a full refund/ free replacement as applicable, provided that the request is raised within 3 days of delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 2-5 days .

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your payment portal provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items cannot be refunded/replaced.

For all Prepaid orders, if customer refuses to accept the order or returns it (in specific case) amount of shipping charges will be deducted at the time of refund. Any product purchased in a sale will not be eligible for return or a replacement, unless not received in the proper state.
